About the Service

This is a digital art commission service. There will be no shipment of physical / printed version of the finished product. Finished product will be sent via e-mail. Please check the commission menu for the details on files you'll receive for each type.Commission will be done in my own art style.Please provide visual references (Picrew or photos are okay). Clear and specific references is very appreciated.Once you made an inquiry for a slot, it will be listed down. Before all the neccessary details (brief) of the order are completed, order will be put in "pending" status and will be started once the details are provided.[UPDATE]
Note regarding slots for inquiries made after 15 Feb 2025
Please do confirm your order and provide the necessary details within 14 days after you reserved your slot (if you need more time, please let me know). If after 14 days there is no additional confirmation, the previously reserved slot will be considered open and the order will be moved into waiting list. IF no additional confirmation is made UP TO 2 MONTHS after the order is moved into waiting list, you will need to re-reserve a slot again on the next commission opening.Estimated working time for default / simple sketchy colored artwork is around 7-14 days, but will depend on difficulty, queue, client's response time and IRL schedule. If I estimated it to take longer based on the brief & other circumstances from my side, I'll inform you in advance and will only continue if you're fine with deadline extensions. If deadline extension happened after you've paid for the commission, please refer to "Payment" section below. Please inform me in advance if you have any hard deadlines!NOT ACCEPTING RUSH ORDERS (<5 days working time)I may refuse your order if i think i can't work on it.

Usage

Prices listed are for personal (non-monetized) use only.PLEASE DO NOT RESELL in any form (including but not limited to: the picture itself, printed merchandise, NFT, etc.) or use it in monetized content or site.If you're interested in using the commission for monetized content / commercial purposes, feel free to contact and discuss with me first! Commercial price starts at 2x of the listed price and might vary depending on the scope of the project.Do NOT use the commission result for AI-based image generation related purposes.Reuploading / Reposting YOUR finished commission result is fine with credit.Finished commission result might be posted on my social media or used as portfolio (with watermark and/or cropped). If you don't want it to be posted before certain date, please inform me.

Payment

Payment with local bank transfer (mandiri) or GoPay for IDR commission. Bank transfer is preferred for orders with total above IDR 100k.Full payment is done after rough sketch (for colored sketch) is approved. I will only continue the sketch after receiving payment. Half payment / payment plan may be discussed first for orders above 300k IDR.No one-sided cancellation after payment, if there are any problems please do contact me first to discuss.Refund and cancellation will only be available if:1.) I am unable to continue your commission until a certain time / I am unable to give a new time estimate that we can agree on. I will give you a notice and offer whether you want to continue or cancel the order.2.) I failed to give you any update or notice about the commission one week after payment is received. If this happened, you may contact me to ask for refund.

By ordering, you have agreed to these terms of service.

> Important: Revision Scope <Major change (such as overall pose / overall concept change) can only be done on rough sketch step (2x max).There are no limit for minor changes but it WILL affect the time needed. e.g: Color adjustment after coloring, changing base color.Change or additions on parts of the piece that requires redrawing some part of the piece after cleaned up sketch is approved may be charged extra and will affect time of delivery. e.g: adding / changing clothes or big items, small pose change such as changing hand position)
